This blog is a scorecard of my investment performance. I will record all my transactions here, and from time to time compare the result to the stockmarket.
To simplify the calculations, I am assuming initial capital of USD $500,000 and a flat tax rate of 30% on dividends, interest and capital gains.
Currently I can't see any stocks I want to buy, so the $500,000 is all in cash as GBP. That is, £284,511, earning 4.75% p.a.
